Got Austin’s information from neighbor that had them out recently. Satellite dish fell off my roof and created a big hole. Austin was Johnny on the spot, we texted back and forth with pics. He shot me a price and said he could fix it within 2 days. The next day he picked up shingles and delivered them to house all the while keeping me up to date with next steps. Said crew would arrive at 8am for the scheduled day. Crew was running late and notified me they would be at house at 10am. And Showed me some drone pictures and some up close camera pictures that showed some routine maintenance that I should get done in the future that would only cost about $100. I have to give Austin an outstanding review. The past few days I’ve have had a consistent roof leak in my downstairs office. I figured I’d do what everyone else does and Google some online roofers in my area. I called 3 different roofers who were supposedly rated top businesses in the area. I’m not going to drop any names, but one company representative came out and just gave me an off the wall estimate without even getting on the roof, the other two companies were both trying sell me a new roof and could care less about my issue. That all ended when I was referred by a NexDoor review to reach out to Austin, the owner of Allied Roofing & Exteriors. The first thing I noticed was his ability to listen to and understand my problem. He was very professional and highly knowledgeable and showed up at my house promptly. He brought out his ladder and climbed my roof and did a thorough inspection. He didn’t stop there, he immediately detected and fixed my issues there on the spot. He took before and after photos and explained to me in detail what was happening and was completely transparent. The short version of this is that if I could give Allied Exteriors 20 stars, I would. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. I had a terrible experience with a different roofing company. These GUYs at the other ROOFING company charged me thousands of dollars, didn't fix my issue, had the fact that there was no warranty on their repair work hidden deep in their contract that I didn't receive until after the payment was made, then wanted to charge thousands more to come back and fix the "other problem" they claimed was present. Enter Austin from Allied. Austin came out to my house, climbed on my roof, marked up the areas where there were nail holes and gashes in the shingles, took pictures for me to see, gave me a thorough explanation of what had happened, why, after the previous company's repairs, I didn't see a repeat of my issue for 6 months, and implemented a temporary solution to ensure that his estimation of the root cause was correct. And he did all of these things as a part of the free estimate. After the next rain storm that came through, Austin reached out to me ON THE WEEKEND, to see how things looked regarding my issue. Now THAT is customer service! I was happy to tell him that the temporary solution he implemented worked perfectly, and he scheduled the time for the full repair. The repair was completed in about an hour, and his fee was about a tenth of what the other GUYs were going to charge me for their SECOND repair. If I EVER need anything that Allied offers a service for, there is absolutely ZERO doubt that I will be saving my time and money by calling them first. BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER!!!!
